Recommended books for the preparation of NTSE


The NCERT (National Council of Educational Research and Training) has released the notification for one of the most competitive exams at the class 10 level i.e. NTSS (National Talent Search Scheme) or NTSE 2018-19. This exam is conducted in two stages. First stage of the exam is conducted by respective states. Qualified students then appear for the second stage, which is conducted by NCERT at the national level.


NCERT has not released any prescribed syllabus for the NTSE. In the information bulletin, it has been stated that the level of difficulty of the questions will be similar to that of Class 9 and Class 10. Regular practice is the key to succeed in this highly competitive examination. Students must solve sample papers regularly to prepare themselves well for the NTSE.
