How to fill AIPMT 2016 Application Form?
Central Board of Secondary
Education (CBSE) has released the Application Form of AIPMT 2016
on its official website i.e. www.aipmt.nic.in. Candidates can apply for AIPMT
2016 only through online mode and there is no provision for offline
application. Before applying for the medical entrance examination, it is
recommended to all candidates to check their eligibility for the exam. Information
bulletin is available on the official website; go through it to check your
eligibility. The last date to apply for the exam through online mode is 12

As mentioned earlier, one
can apply for AIPMT 2016 through online mode only. It can be done in 4
simple steps. Candidates, who will submit exam fee through e-Challan,
should fill AIPMT form till 8 January. Follow the below mentioned steps
to apply for All India
Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Entrance Test-2016.

Visit official website of AIPMT i.e. www.aipmt.nic.in
2)
Select “Apply Online” and read the instructions
carefully
3)
Choose “Proceed
to Apply Online”
4)
In Step 1, you need to enter your
name, Parent’s name, Date of Birth, Mobile number and Email ID. Note the
registration number after completing this step. Provide all other necessary
details in the next section correctly.
5)
In Step 2, you are required to upload
scanned images of your recent photograph, signature and Right Hand Index
Finger Impression in jpg format.
6)
In Step 3, you need to submit
examination fee. You can deposit fee either through Debit/Credit card, Net
Banking, e-Challan or e-wallet.
7)
In Step 4, on successful payment of
exam fee, you are required to download the Confirmation Page. Keep the hard
copy of Confirmation page and proof of fee payment along with you for future
reference.
8)
Qualification Codes and Qualifying
Examinations: Candidates who will appear in class 12
board exam in 2016 should choose Code 01. Those who have passed class 12
board exam with PCB or PCMB and English should choose Code 02. Others
should refer to information bulletin for more details.
9)
Candidates from J&K, Andhra
Pradesh and Telangana should submit online Self Declaration
to become eligible for 15% All India Quota.
10) A Candidate can submit only one application form.
Submission of multiple Applications can lead to cancellation of candidature.
Hence, fill your form carefully.
Photograph/Signature Requirements
1)
Candidates must upload a recent photograph
taken on or after 1 December 2015 with white background.
2)
The scanned image of candidate’s photograph
must be in jpg format and its size should be between 10kb to 100 kb.
3)
The scanned images of Candidates signature
and Right Hand Index Finger impression should also be in jpg format
and their size should be between 3kb to 20kb.
Exam Fee
The Exam Fee of AIPMT 2016
can be submitted by following modes.
a)
Debit/Credit card
b)
Net Banking
c)
e-Challan of
State Bank of India, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Syndicate Bank or Canara Bank
d)
e-wallet of
CSC (Common Services Centre)
Online payment of fee can
lead to additional processing charges too. Deposit fee on time to avoid late
fee. CBSE has raised the application fee for AIPMT 2016 this time. The fee
