Pattern of AIPMT 2015
In India the pattern of
Medical
entrance examination is changing just like weather during English
summer for the last few years. Medical aspirants are not so sure about the
pattern of Medical entrance exam and hence it is affecting their preparation significantly.
Since 2012 the pattern of Medical entrance examination in the country has been
changed for three times. What will be the pattern of Medical entrance
examination in 2015? Will NEET replace
AIPMT next year? Will CBSE once again conduct AIPMT? What will be the pattern of AIPMT 2015? Let us find the answers of
these questions below.
Supreme
Court of India dismissed NEET (National Eligibility
Cum Entrance Test) last year calling it unconstitutional. Indian government
had filed a review petition in the top court of India against the dismissal
of NEET. But after the formation of new government in India there is a very
little chance that NEET will replace AIPMT. When Indian PM Narendra Modi was the Chief Minister of Gujarat, he had opposed the
proposal of NEET along with CM of other states like West Bengal, Tamil Nadu,
etc.
Like this year it seems
CBSE will conduct AIPMT next year. Hence students should start preparing for
the AIPMT (All India Pre Medical/ Dental Test) 2015. The pattern of AIPMT 2015 will be similar to that of AIPMT conducted
this year.
1)
Since CBSE will conduct AIPMT 2015 hence
there will be no change in the syllabus of the Medical entrance
examination
2)
AIPMT 2015
will be conducted in the single stage and 15% MBBS or BDS seats in different
Medical or Dental Colleges of India respectively except AIIMS and JIPMER will be
filled through it
3)
Question paper pattern will be similar
to that of AIPMT 2014. There will be 180
questions in AIPMT 2015. 45 questions will be asked in Chemistry and Physics
each while 90 questions will be asked from Biology
4)
For each correct answer 4 marks will be
awarded while one mark will be deducted for each wrong answer
5)
Like this year the cut off marks of AIPMT
2015 will be decided after the declaration of result
Though it is highly
unlikely that NEET will replace AIPMT next year but students must remain in
touch with the official website of AIPMT i.e. www.aipmt.nic.in for the latest updates.
One thing is certain that whatever be the pattern of Medical entrance
examination next year, the syllabus will remain same. Hence try to cover entire
syllabus as early as possible so that you get enough time for revision before
AIPMT 2015.
