In its historic verdict Jharkhand High Court has restored 160 Medical Seats in the state which were earlier reduced by the Medical Council of India (MCI). Hundreds of students were anxiously waiting for this decision and now they can take admission into three Medical Colleges of Jharkhand. High Court has ordered state government to take admission for all 350 Medical Seats in RIMS , PMCH and MGM Medical College . Few weeks back MCI had slashed 160 MBBS Seats in the state due to poor infrastructure and facilities in various Medical Colleges of Jharkhand.

IBPS will conduct Common Written Examination ( CWE ) this year for the recruitment of approx 25,000 Probationary Officer (PO) in the 22 nationalized banks of India. Registration for the Common Written Examination has already completed. Based on the marks obtained in CWE banks conduct interview and selected candidates are recruited for different posts. Though RBI ( Reserve Bank of India ) and SBI ( State Bank of India ) are not associated with IBPS but for the recruitment of PO and other posts in remaining nationalized banks IBPS conducts CWE every year.

Recently MCI ( Medical Council of India ) took a very harsh decision and reduced approx 50 percent of Medical seats in Jharkhand . This decision has badly affected several students who were already allotted Medical seats this year during first and second round of counselling for the MBBS course. After reviewing the infrastructure and facilities in the three Medical Colleges of state MCI reduced 160 MBBS seats in Jharkhand . 

UPDATE : Jharkhand will conduct its own state Medical entrance examination in 2015. It is now not a member of AIPMT. Read this article to know exact reason. ( Also Read : How to Fill Application Form of JCECE 2015? ) After first round of counselling for MBBS course several Medical seats  under state quota for ST (Scheduled Tribe) category candidates remained vacant in Jharkhand. JCECEB conducted counselling in the state based on AIPMT 2014 result. The number of ST candidates from Jharkhand qualifying in AIPMT was very less this year.

Recently the chief minister of Bihar Jitan Ram Manjhi made an important announcement regarding the pattern of class 12 Bihar Board Exams . He declared that from 2015 the question papers of class 12 Bihar Board Exams will contain 60 percent of objective questions .
