Pattern of IBPS CWE PO/MT-IV 2014
IBPS
will conduct CWE PO/MT-IV for the recruitment of Probationary Officer (PO) or Management Trainee (MT)
in
the 22 nationalized banks of India. Registration for the CWE
PO/MT-IV has already begun.
Candidates shortlisted in the CWE will be called for interview. Based on the
final marks obtained in CWE and interview allotment of posts (PO/MT) will be
done. CWE PO/MT-IV will be conducted online
in six phases. Let us take a look at the pattern of IBPS CWE PO/MT-IV 2014.

Exam Duration
will be of 2 hours.
2)
All the below mentioned tests except
English language will be conducted either in English or Hindi.

0.25 marks will be deducted for each
incorrect answer. No negative marking
will be done for the questions left blank. Hence it is better not to attempt
those questions in which you are not fully confident.
4)
The online exam of CWE PO/MT-IV will be conducted at
different centres in the country. You will get detailed information about these
centres on the official website of IBPS.
5)
In order to get
shortlisted for the interview each candidate
needs to secure a minimum score in each of the above mentioned tests. Students also need to secure a minimum final score to get shortlisted. The cut off marks will be decided based on number of vacancies and then candidates will be
called for the interview.
6)
Shortlisted candidates
need to download call letter from the
official website of IBPS. Interview will be
conducted for 100 marks. General category candidates must secure at least 40 percent marks in the interview to qualify. SC, ST, OBC and PWD must secure 35 percent in the
interview to qualify. Final score of
candidates will be prepared based on marks obtained in the CWE PO/MT-IV and interview. Final score will contain 20 percent marks obtained in the interview. In
order to get shortlisted for the allotment process, a candidate must qualify in
both CWE and interview and rank higher in the merit list.
