Schedule of AIPMT 2014 Counselling
CBSE has declared the
results of All India Pre-Medical/ Dental Test (AIPMT) 2014 and now qualified
students are anxiously waiting for the start of counselling. After counselling
qualified students will be allotted seats in different Medical or Dental
colleges of India on the basis of Merit list. Approx 46,000 candidates qualified
in AIPMT this year and approx 14,000 of them have been called for the
counselling. Based on the AIPMT 2014 results 15 percent of the total seats in
different Medical or Dental colleges of India will be filled this year.
Now the schedule of
AIPMT 2014 counselling has been declared. Medical
Counselling Committee (MCC) has decided to conduct counselling from 1
July 2014. The process of filling MBBS or BDS seats in different
colleges of the country would be accomplished in three stages. If some seats
remain vacant even after three stages of counselling then these seats will be
filled under state quota by respective states. The first round of counselling will run till 11th July.
Students need to report respective colleges from 12th to 21st July.
The second round of counselling will
be conducted from 1st to 16th August.
